Sports equipment cannot replace standard checked luggage and must be booked in addition to the baggage allowance; must always be checked and stored in the hold. Surfboards allowed up to 32kg; no items other than surfboards permitted in the transport bag (multiple boards in one bag allowed per help center, no numeric cap stated).
