Anchor Point, Taghazout surf guide
The wave. Anchor Point is a right-hand point break over rock and sand, a short drive from the center of Taghazout. After a tight, steep takeoff, the walls can run up to 500 meters on a good day. It handles swells of 2 to 3 meters.
Who it suits. It suits intermediate and advanced surfers, and big winter swells belong to the experienced. Beginners do better at the beginner breaks around Tamraght, to the south.
