Batik Air takes surfboards for a $12 fee each way.
The fine print
Official policy: surfboards are excluded from the free checked baggage allowance and prepaid baggage. Jet aircraft (Batik Air Indonesia/Lion Air/Super Air Jet) max 230 cm; propeller (Wings Air) max 200 cm, and on Lion Air Group itineraries containing a Wings Air leg the 200 cm cap applies to the whole journey. Max 23 kg per piece; board must be packed neatly and securely; Special Baggage form required. Handling fee charged per piece and per segment per the system price at the respective Point of Sales.
