Surfboards accepted only in a protective covering with padded protection around the fin area; VA recommends removing fins where possible and stowing in an enclosed compartment. Sporting equipment must not exceed 32kg or the per-aircraft maximum dimensions; items over 32kg must be shipped as freight. Overweight fee applies 23-32kg. No pre-notification requirement stated for surfboards. Cash not accepted at airport (card only).
